Postage Costs
Buy as many items as you wish and only pay £2.50 in postage costs.
Multiple Orders
If you make more than one order on the same day, be sure to let me know that you would like them to be packed and sent out together. I will normally spot when this happens, but at some times, especially at weekends when I have 30-60 parcels to pack, I may not notice that you have made 2 separate orders and they may therefore be delivered separately.
Shipping Class
All items are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post except during times of Industrial Action when they will be sent out by 1st Class. If you require any other shipment method, please contact me at the time of purchase. I generally post out orders within 2-48 hours of purchase and always retain a proof of posting for your convenience in case of loss or damage.
Your Address & Paypal Information
Please ensure that your postal ADDRESS and your PAYPAL and CREDIT CARD information are up to date. If the package is returned to me as undeliverable due to non-updated information, you will be responsible for any additional posting/shipping costs involved in re-posting.
Damaged Items & Postal Delays
If an item arrives damaged please be kind enough to supply me with a photograph/s of the damage to enable me to make a claim against whichever office have damaged it. A full refund of cost and postage will be made in this circumstance.
If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to Royal Mail policies, that is an issue to address with your local Royal Mail facility. Certain times of the year and certain circumstances such as Christmas and Industrial Action may cause severe delays and these are beyond my control.
Item Lost in the Mail
Although I cannot be responsible for the postal service, I do want you to end up with a lovely item. I will replace or refund your order at no charge if it does not arrive within:
15 Business Days from the date of posting if you are in the UK.
35 Business Days from the date of posting if you are in any other country (due to potential customs delays/severe weather delays).
Missing Parcels UK - Please notify me no later than 15 business days from shipping if your parcel is missing.
Missing Parcel International - Please notify me no later than 35 business days from shipping if your parcel is missing.
UK Legislation
UK legislation applies to this shop and transactions.
This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods I am inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, I am not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if, and when, I accept your order. My acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and I will take place when I dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and I, which means that neither you nor I will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
Custom Items
Please allow up to 10 working days for shipping of custom-made items.
Photographs
Most of my photos are taken in natural daylight but please be aware that colours can vary on different monitors and the colour you see when ordering may not be the exact colour you receive.
