RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns & exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 28 days of delivery. Returned Items must be in their original, undamaged condition and able to be re-sold. If not, a refund may be denied in part or in total.
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
CANCELLATIONS
I No Longer Want the Item – Not Yet Shipped If you change your mind about your purchase and it's not yet shipped, contact me within 2 hours and you will receive a full refund of cost and postage. If you contact me later than 2 hours after ordering and your parcel has already been packed, you may be charged a fee to cover packaging materials.
I No Longer Want the Item – Already Shipped If you change your mind about your item has already been shipped contact me within 14 days of receipt and return within 28 days of receipt. You must contact me first. You will be entitled to a full refund of item cost and original postage. Item must be securely packaged and in the same condition it was shipped in. Items received back which are not in re-sellable condtion will not be refunded. Return costs to be paid by the buyer.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) shall be:
- 3 weeks from order date for delivery to UK addresses
- 8 weeks from order date for delivery to addresses outside UK
UK law requires that I provide, before order, a "form" for you to cancel your order. Please print and use this form if you wish to, but direct contact with me is, of course, acceptable.
